Rice Pudding with Pears

Healthy pudding for your child to enjoy in the afternoon!

What you need (6 toddler portions):

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 75g powder rice

  • 2 tbsp caster sugar

  • 600ml milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 4 pears, peeled and quartered

  • Pinch of nutmeg

Put the rice, sugar, milk and vanilla in the dish, mix together. Add 1 tbsp of butter and nutmeg to the mixture.

Cook in the oven for 30mn at 110 degrees, then stir and leave it for 1 and 1/2 hour until a brown skin forms.

Mix the pear with 1 tbsp of butter, cook in the oven for 1 and 1/2 hours.

Serve with the rice pudding.
