How difficult is it to attend a virtual consultation?

It’s very simple! Just after your booking and payment, you will receive an email with all the information and a link to access your video appointment. You can add the link to your calendar invite. You just need to copy it and paste it. During the consultation, just click on the link and your will be redirected to Google Meet portal where you will meet with your healthcare professional. You can log in through your mobile, laptop, desktop or tablet.

How can I schedule an appointment?

There are two ways to book your appointment:

- Option 1: Select your healthcare professional and click on "Book Now"

- Option 2: On top of Toofoola page there is a button "Book your consultation". Click on the button and you will see the list of healthcare professionals. Select the healthcare provider according to your need and click on "Book Now".

Make sure to log in with your profile, select time and date, fill all your information with your contact information, what are you looking for, and the symptoms you are experiencing and proceed to payment.

How long is the appointment?

Each appointment depends on the plan you chose. Sessions can go from 15mn to 1hour depending on the needs of the patient.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Send an email to info@toofoola.com and we will reschedule your appointment or log into your profile and go to "My Bookings". Select the appointment and click on "Reschedule".

Can I get a refund?

We love to know that you are feeling better, but we cannot refund an order. Your appointment will be rescheduled for another time of your choice. You can reschedule by logging into your profile and go to "My Bookings". Select the appointment and click on "Reschedule".

Can I connect privately with my healthcare professional?

We are very happy to know that you trust your healthcare provider, however you can only connect with them through our platform for any future appointments.
