Potato Baked with Sour Cream



Do you know that potatoes are low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium? They are a good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Magnesium.


Here is a delicious and nutritious recipe to enjoy with your kids at lunchtime!


What do you need:

  • 2 large potatoes sliced thinly

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can cream potato soup

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mix potato, sour cream, salt and soup in a bowl.

Put a layer in a pan covered with butter.

Sprinkle cheese on the top. Repeat the layers until the quantity is finished.

Put in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Remove from oven and sprinkle paprika on the top.
