Poached Egg



Quick, healthy and full of energy breakfast for your kids to start their day!


What you need

  • 1 egg

  • 1 slice of toast

  • Butter unsalted

  • Water

Boil water. Crack the egg into the water and simmer for 5mn or until the yolk is firm.

Put it in a plate covered with a kitchen paper. Let it drain for a few seconds.

Spread the butter on the toast and put the egg over it.


Serve it with a cup of fresh orange juice.
