Make a Special Keepsake Box

Your child’s small stuff is always here and there? In a fun way, you will fix together this problem. Make with your child a special keepsake box for him to keep his small stuff.

To make a special keepsake box you will need:

• A shoebox

• Dark acrylic paint

• Paintbrush

• 5 large wooden beads

• Glue

• Gel pens and light colours permanent markers

Glue a bead on each corner of the bottom to make feet for the box. Glue another bead on the top of the lid in the centre, to make the handle. Let the glue dry then paint the box and the beads with dark acrylic paint. Once the paint is dry, use the gel pens and permanent markers to draw the shapes you want. You can draw stars, flowers, plants, etc.
