Summer nights are long and fun! And what is healthier than to prepare a fresh homemade dip for your kids to dunk their tortillas in?
What you need:
4 tomatoes chopped in small cubes
1 can of corn
1 tbsp of fresh parsley chopped
½ cup of finely chopped green onion
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp oregano
Olive oil
White vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and decorate it with the chopped parsley on the top.
Put the bowl in the middle of the tortillas plate and serve it to your kids.
You can add a pinch of paprika if your kids like spicy food!
