You are going to need a lot of snacks during your pregnancy, and obviously you can’t keep eating chocolates and chips! Here’s a very healthy idea for a snack you can prepare yourself and keep it in your bag when you go out:
Mix a cup of whole-grain cereal with a handful of your favourite dried fruits (dried cherries, dried cranberries, raisins, etc.) and nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.). Put your yummy mixture in a resealable bag and keep it with you anywhere you go.
