Boost Your Child's Day

Prepare for your child these delicious snacks and let him enjoy them when he comes back to school!


You will need:

  • 1 small banana

  • ½ cup of chunky peanut butter

  • ½ cup of toasted wheat germ

  • Finely chopped peanuts, mini-chocolate chips, or shredded coconut for coating

Mash together the banana and the peanut butter in a medium bowl. Stir in the wheat germ. Roll each tablespoon of this mixture into a ball. Roll each ball in the coating you chose. Chill them until firm.


This will make you 14 delicious energy balls for your child to enjoy!
