Yasmine is an Integral Trauma Counselor, Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a SOMATICA-trained Somatic Sexologist. She aims to help people find their way back to an inner sense of safety and enjoy a life free from trauma and stress. By encourage them to get curious about the nervous system and it's impact on 'connection', while exploring the capabilities of our bodies for pleasure and play. Her mission is to help you feel more within your body, get unstuck from old patterns, and embrace your authentic self. In her free time, she loves to write, dance, cook, and make beautiful things out of old or spare items.
