After graduating with honors in her BA in Lebanon then her MBA in Italy, Pascale spent 9 years holding different roles at Google both in individual and managerial capacity in Ireland and then the UAE. While striving to develop her skills and seeking fulfillment, she discovered the power of coaching and mindfulness which led her to become a certified professional Coach. She received additional training in Organizational, Systems and Relationship Coaching as well as Mindfulness, Psychology, Mindful Parenting and Wellbeing. She runs workshops to empower women at the workplace and beyond. She is passionate about making an impact on the Parents that will have a ripple effect on their community and generations to come.
