Chocolate Dipped Flapjack



A special treat for your kids to savour in an afternoon!


What you need (16 portions)

  • 75g butter

  • 75g golden caster sugar

  • 2 tbsp syrup

  • 175g rolled oats

  • 75g chocolate milk

Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan. Add oats and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture in a tin. Put it in the oven for 15mn at 180 degrees.

Cool and cut the mixture into 8 fingers then cut them diagonally. You will have 16 triangular flapjacks.

Dip the flapjacks in the melted chocolate and leave to cool.


* You can add chocolate chips to oats instead of dipping them in melted chocolate.
