An almond buckwheat pancake is a perfect breakfast to boost your fertility!
Combine:
1/3 cup of buckwheat flour
1/3 cup of whole wheat flour
3/4 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
Then combine separately:
1/3 cup of yoghurt
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon of melted butter
Mix all the ingredients together until just incorporated. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with about a teaspoon of butter then pour in 1/4 of the batter and generously sprinkle it with slivered almonds. When bubbles start to appear in your pancake, flip it and cook until the bottom is slightly browned. Repeat this with the rest of the batter adding a bit more butter to the pan each time, and then serve your 4 awesome pancakes with maple syrup.
